| On June 10, 2010 we switched to a tiered membership, meaning there will be free members with limited functionality and paid members. After running the site free for all for five months this was an inevitable move as we could not rely on low and infrequent donations. | ||||
| Those who donated receive our wholehearted gratitude and will automatically continue with a one month VIP upgrade for every $10 they donated. Example: a $25 donation gets 2.5 months VIP. Exceptions for repeat donors and those who made significant contributions are made and reflected in the expiry date of their upgrade. | ||||
| If you made a donation you should see your membership status as VIP Upgrade Member with or without an expiry date. Click on 'My Profile' and look to the right under 'Quick info'. If you show anything else then we have not registered your donation, likely because we did not know what your userID was. In that case please let us know so we can rectify it. | ||||

| To the question why we offer 'weird' prices, ending in 88 cents. Well, it's so weird that if you see it on your credit card statement you should remember it's us and not some other website. | ||||
| We may keep the PayPal link active for the benefit of those whose credit card is rejected by Verotel. If that happens you may be able to upgrade that way but please remember that we will need to upgrade you manually, so for PAYPAL THE UPGRADE IS NOT INSTANT. Don't forget to mention your username or we won't know whom to upgrade! | ||||
